Privacy Policy

Updated October 2, 2026.

This policy describes information handled through The Bridal List marketplace.

Information you provide

Account information includes your email address, password, public username, and any profile details you choose to provide. Listings may include photos, descriptions, prices, location, and seller contact details. Inquiries and messages include the information you send to other users.

Public information and messages

Listings, photos, public usernames, and seller details displayed on listing pages can be viewed by others. Do not include private information in listing text or photos. Information you share directly with another user is available to that user. Authorized administrators manage accounts, listings, and marketplace support.

How information is used

Information supports sign-in, listings, messaging, account recovery, administration, troubleshooting, and operation of the marketplace. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. Bluehost provides hosting, and Brevo provides SMTP email delivery for account emails. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Server logs may contain IP addresses, request details, and browser information.

Browser storage and analytics

The site uses browser storage for marketplace data and fallback operation. Sign-in relies on the server session. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information about browser/device usage and page visits. Browser controls can limit cookies or clear local storage; doing so may affect sign-in or locally stored data.

Your choices and requests

You can edit available profile and listing fields through your account. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support at noreply@thebridallist.com. Listing expiration makes a listing inactive after its active window; it is not a promise that stored information is deleted.

Storage and retention

Account records, listings, messages, and password reset records are stored on the hosting server. Information may remain in stored records and backups after an item becomes inactive or is marked sold. Contact support to discuss removal of account or listing information. We may need to retain information to resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet applicable obligations; removal from backups may take longer.

Analytics choices

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Analytics opt-out information for additional controls. The site does not currently provide an analytics consent banner.

External services

Seller links and external payment or shipping arrangements are handled by those parties under their own practices. The Bridal List does not collect checkout card details through an on-site payment flow.

Changes and contact
